Ambulance
Taking a page from Michael Bay's playbook, Ambulance is a hyperkinetic action thriller that delivers a few of the most awe-inspiring moments of the year. The film is based on a Danish film of the same name. It has a simple hook: a war veteran, seeking money for experimental cancer surgery, turns to his criminal brother for help.
Aside from being a heist movie, it has one of the most elaborate setups of any big screen heist movie. It also has some genuinely interesting characters. The movie has a nifty little twist, though it takes far too long to actually execute.
Extraction
Originally conceived as a Marvel movie, Joe and Anthony Russo have teamed up with Netflix to create Extraction. They have a good track record with Marvel stars like Thor, Spider-Man, Captain America, and Iron Man.
Extraction was an instant hit with Netflix subscribers. In fact, it was the best-viewed original movie on the streaming service. It earned a place among the top 10 Netflix movies of all time, and it reached more than 90 million households within the first month of its release.
The movie also has a very impressive 11-minute chase sequence that looks like one slick take. The sequence has some impressive visual effects, including a cool transition from a car to foot chase.
Everything Everywhere All at Once
Earlier this year, "Everything Everywhere All at Once" crossed $100 million worldwide box office, becoming the first A24 movie to achieve this milestone. This re-release of the film also included eight minutes of outtakes, as well as a pre-recorded message from the filmmakers. In addition to the theatrical run, "Everything Everywhere All at Once" has also been released on a number of home entertainment platforms.
"Everything Everywhere All at Once" is directed by Daniel Scheinert and Daniel Kwan, and it stars Michelle Yeoh. Yeoh has performed in numerous action movies, including the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon series and the Indiana Jones series. She is also featured in the Marvelous Mrs. Maisel series.
Lost Bullet
Despite its mediocre plot, Lost Bullet 2 is a fairly decent sequel. The film features some exciting car chases, punches, kicks and a whole lot of blood. It is a great movie to watch as background entertainment. It is not as costly as Hollywood fare of the genre, and should keep franchise fans satisfied.
There are several things to love about Lost Bullet 2: the film is stylish and sleek. It features strong language and a lot of action. It is also a good movie to watch if you're looking for a fun movie.
The Irishman
'The Irishman' is Martin Scorsese's latest gangster epic. It is three and a half hours long. It is also one of the longest films Scorsese has ever made. It is also his seventh movie directing De Niro.
It is based on Charles Brandt's I Heard You Paint Houses, a book containing confessions from murderers. It has been controversial. It has also been called one of the best movies of the year. It was also a big experiment.
The movie stars Robert De Niro, Joe Pesci, Al Pacino, Mary J. Blige, Carey Mulligan and Carey Mulligan.
Uncharted
Taking the video game franchise that has become so popular and putting it into a film is a tall order. The film has been in development for over a decade and has gone through many production teams. The main characters are the famous Nathan Drake, his long-lost brother Sam, and veteran treasure hunter Victor "Sully" Sullivan. The film is set to be released in the UK on February 11, 2022.
The Uncharted movie is not a cult classic, but it is an entertaining watch. There are many notable moments, but there are also a lot of corny tropes. The movie also has a lot of inconsistencies.
The Northman
Having been delayed due to the Covid 19 outbreak, The Northman is now set to be released on April 22nd, 2022. It will be distributed internationally by Universal Pictures. It will be a historical action adventure film. It will feature Alexander Skarsgard, Willem Dafoe, Claes Bang, Ethan Hawke, and Nicole Kidman. It is based on the novel Conan the Barbarian by Milius. It is also based on the mythology of Valhalla Rising and Apocalypse Now. It is a very effective storyteller.
The Northman starts off with major action set pieces. It follows the story of a young prince named Amleth who witnesses his father being murdered by his uncle Fjolnir the Brotherless. He makes a vow to avenge his father's death and to save his mother, Gudrun. In order to fulfill his vow, he sets out on a quest. He ends up escaping from Fjolnir the Brotherless and joins a savage clan of salvers. It is here that he finds out more about his father than he had imagined. He also meets a seeress who reminds him of his vow. The movie is set in Iceland at the turn of the century.
